  • The perfume is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
  • The product shows no signs of tampering or use.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or partially used perfume bottles.
  • Products showing leakage, tampering, or damage after delivery.
  • Clearance or sale items marked as final sale.
  • Customized gift sets or special-order perfumes.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered:

  • Contact us immediately at info@aurabloomperfumes.store with your order details and product photos.
  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund based on availability.
  • In such cases, AuraBloom Perfumes will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your returned product is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed through your original payment method (Cash on Delivery adjustments, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa).
  • Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be allowed for eligible, unopened perfumes if the requested product is available.
  • If the replacement product is unavailable, you may select another item or request a refund.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in voluntary return cases (e.g., change of mind, wrong fragrance ordered).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake from our side (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
